Bio: My research explores the structure of the international political economy and how economic interdependencies contribute to the formation, evolution, and manifestation of national power, especially American power. I have also researched and published on topics more broadly related to international relations and foreign policy. My work is primarily quantitative in nature, employing a diversity of methodological approaches including machine learning, text analysis, and network methods. My work has appeared in journals such the Review of International Political Economy, European Journal of International Relations, Business and Politics, Economics and Politics, and Comparative Politics.
